To convert a late (1969 on) bootlid to Mk1 appearance. Needs to be welded and blended in .
We developed this to be a suitable one for competition as it has the necessary size hole for post 1966 cars and misses anti roll bars , but it is also useful as a means of tieing a car down to a trailer . Requires drilling 4 holes in rear subframe.
We developed the competition front towing eye with the necessary 60mm hole to conform with the new regulations that came in recently for post 1966 cars as it tucks neatly under the bumper and does'nt look too modern compared to a strap. Pictured is when we took the standard Rover type one (painted green) off my Mighty Mini racer and are going to replace it with the comp version. Comes standard in yellow and is supplied with fitting bolt.
A pair of adaptors that bolt to the bonnet to allow it to be opened and propped open as normal or removed. Simple to fit - the existing hinges are retained and the threaded part of the stud on the hinge is removed. Supplied with fittings. 1969 on cars (hinges at edges of bonnet type) Mk1/2 type not available.
Set of seat covers . The front seat covers have the foam in the padding part disintigrated so will need re-stuffing but are otherwise not too bad. They are the style that was fitted to works cars to get round the use of standard seats when rallying
The one front seat cover is Karobes and the other is similar . I don't know if the rears are Karobes but are pretty similar design
